My Golf Swing before the Journey begins…

I thought it would be a good idea to give everyone an idea of where I currently stand, golf game wise, before starting my journey. The idea here is to establish a starting point, against which all future progress (hopefully) can be measured.
Below is a video of my golf swing taken by my coach Steve Bann at the Melbourne Golf Academy a few weeks back. These were literally the first few golf balls I had hit for over a month at that point. To be perfectly honest, I haven’t hit many since.
I currently play off a 5 handicap at Kingswood Golf Club here in Melbourne, Victoria.
I must admit this isn’t a very easy thing for me to do. I tend to be my own harshest critic, and I can certainly see LOTS of things I would like to improve about these particular swings.
My leg action is nowhere near as stable and solid as I would like through the swing, and I still have a tendency to get a bit on the inside with the club going back. Anyhow, this isn’t the time to deconstruct my golfswing. Thats what I pay Banny for!
